Ivy McGregor is a reservoir of knowledge with over 25 years of experience in business strategies, social enterprise and global partnerships. She remains at the forefront of humanity and is an advocate for the voiceless as she lifts the needs of people in bringing her unique balance of being known for her huge heart and her depth of creativity and bold innovations to create partnerships and programs that aid and assist people to move from where they are to where they equitably have a right to be.

Ms. McGregor has worked tirelessly to be an advocate to support those in need. Through her work with BeyGOOD, she has led efforts to eradicate homelessness, poverty, economic inequity, and supported women entrepreneur empowerment. Ms. McGregor led Hurricane Harvey relief efforts, scholarship programs, and successful water initiatives in both Flint, Michigan and Burundi, Africa. Additionally, she has structured and managed global partnership programs for world tours. While a consultant for General Electric (GE), she supported Global Programs targeting health disparities in Tanzania, Africa, Bangladesh, India and in the United States. Some of the health issues she has supported include Maternal and Infant care, Diabetes, Triple Negative Breast Cancer, Heart Disease and Alzheimer’s.

As the Director of Partnerships for a contracting agency with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Ms. McGregor trained hair stylists and barbers as community influencers in a celebrated national program that aided in significantly reducing incidents of HIV and AIDS in communities with the highest incidents. She has also served as an advisor and board member for multiple organizations and global projects, such as the National Council of Women, Chime for Change, Global Citizens, South African Fellowship, and GUCCI Changemakers Advisory Council. Most recently, Ms. McGregor has served as an integral supporter of the Texas HB403 Bill, which will require school board officials to be formally trained on the signs and prevention of human trafficking.

She is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards including the International Distinguished Humanitarian Leadership award presented at the United Nations, by the United States National Council of Women, the Activism in the Arts Triumph Award from the National Action Network, the Hidden Figure Award from Black Girls Vote, and the 2021 Heirs of Afrika Sankofa Award. She is happy to help shape a generation through education by paying it forward and sharing her experience with students at the historic Howard University.

Ms. McGregor is also a writer and columnist; her Greater Than weekly inspirational publication is available on Facebook’s Bulletin platform. She is additionally the founder of the IVYinc SOARers, a virtual Mentorship program that grew from 75 to well over 14K mentees from over 100 countries in under two years, and garners an average of 25K weekly views on her Monday night Mentoring Moments (#MMM). Also a gifted writer, content creator, experiential host, and facilitator, Dre’s footprint has extended via editorial contributions on Beautylish.com, JetMag.com, and MadameNoire.com, motivational insights and illustrations  contributed to The Ultimate Empowerment Activity Workbook for Her, and via her work as a speaker, ambassador, curriculum consultant, and youth educator since 2014 for global body care brand DoveⓇ and the DoveⓇ Self-Esteem Project (DSEP). Through this role, Dre has curated dozens of live workshops, keynote speeches, media events, and virtual trainings designed to empower people of all ages. Dre most recently partnered in composing and accrediting the DoveⓇ“My Hair, My CROWN” workshop curriculum to support natural hair confidence in (and allyship in support of) Black and Brown youth.

Brittany Martin is a founding leader and President of Hello Seven who has spent her time with the company bringing the dream of the visionary leader from idea to execution. Brittany has held multiple roles in her tenure with Hello Seven including Business Coach, Marketing Coordinator, Creative Director, Director of Operations, and COO, and she has helped scale the company from seven to eight figures.

Her footprint on the Hello Seven brand extends beyond spearheading strategic direction and executing the company’s vision and culture, and is reflected in her highly transformational and value-driven leadership. Arlan Hamilton, founder at Backstage Capital and HireRunner.co, is a serial entrepreneur, author, and prolific speaker.

She founded Backstage Capital in 2015 to invest in founders who are people of color, women and/or LGBTQ. Since its founding, Backstage has raised nearly $30 million and invested in 200 startups led by underestimated founders. Arlan is also the founder of HireRunner.co, a startup that connects outstanding employee talent with inclusive companies.

Arlan published her book, “It’s About Damn Time,” in 2020, detailing her journey from homelessness to venture capital trailblazer. Arlan also hosts the popular podcast “Your First Million”, and in 2018, was the first non-celebrity Black woman to grace the cover of Fast Company magazine. Arlan’s latest book, “Your First Million: Why You Don’t Have To Be Born Into A Legacy Of Wealth To Leave One Behind” is available for preorder and will be out on January 2nd, 2024.

Arlan is a big proponent of paying it forward and supporting other underestimated people in the tech industry and beyond. She’s a limited partner in 27 funds led by emerging, underestimated managers, and she and her mother, Mrs. Earline Butler-Sims, have established scholarship programs for Black students at Oxford University, HBCU Dillard University, and Harvard Law.

Alex works with a small number of private clients providing copywriting, ghostwriting, and editing services. She helps her clients to write powerful books that touch readers deeply. Client projects include We Should All Be Millionaires by Rachel Rodgers (Wall Street Journal Bestseller, Audible Top Audiobook of the Year), Your Next Level Life by Karen Arrington (NAACP Image Award, Outstanding Instructional Literary Work), among many others.

Jackie Aina is a Nigerian-American beauty maven, content creator, and founder of lifestyle brand FORVR Mood who started her channel of makeup tutorials in 2009 and has since become the “most influential voice in beauty today”-Harper’s Bazaar.

Aina’s engaging videos, which teach, inspire, and give confidence to people of every color, have cultivated a loyal and thriving fanbase–over 7.3 million across her social platforms including 3.5 million YouTube subscribers. Jackie has launched inclusive product collaborations with top brands such as Anastasia Beverly Hills, e.l.f. Cosmetics, Too Faced, Sigma Beauty, and more.

In 2020, Jackie launched a self care-focused lifestyle brand, FORVR Mood featuring candles and accessories. The brand had a pre-launch wait list of over 45,000 and is sold in Sephora stores nationwide. Jackie further expanded her lifestyle offerings in 2021 with the launch of “Lavishly Jackie” a self-care, home and luxury content vertical across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Jackie is also venturing into the entertainment industry as the Executive Producer and star of The Black Beauty Effect, an upcoming docuseries exploring Black women creating social change through beauty premiering this November.

Jackie continues to advocate for inclusivity, due to the fact that people of color are poorly represented and often ignored within the beauty industry.
