Effect of Headings

The subject headings of the paragraphs and subparagraphs of this Agreement are included for convenience only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of any of its provisions.

Entire Agreement; Waiver

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Rodgers Collective pertaining to the Site and Service and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between us pertaining to the Site and Service. No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement by Rodgers Collective shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by us.

Governing Law; Venue; Mediation

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of North Carolina as applied to contracts that are executed and performed entirely in North Carolina. The exclusive venue for any arbitration or court proceeding based on or arising out of this Agreement shall be Guilford County, North Carolina. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement by mediation, which shall be conducted under the then current mediation procedures of The CPR Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution or any other procedure upon which the parties may agree. The parties further agree that their respective good faith participation in mediation is a condition precedent to pursuing any other available legal or equitable remedy, including litigation, arbitration or other dispute resolution procedures.

Recovery of Litigation Expenses

If any legal action or any arbitration or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of this Agreement, the successful or prevailing party or parties shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.


If any term, provision, covenant, or condition of this Agreement is held by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected,impaired, or invalidated.


These Terms and Conditions bind and inure to the benefit of the parties’ successors and assigns. These Terms and Conditions are not assignable, delegable, sublicenseable or otherwise transferable by you, accept upon approval by Rodgers Collective. Any transfer, assignment, delegation or sublicense by you is invalid.

Ivy McGregor is a reservoir of knowledge with over 25 years of experience in business strategies, social enterprise and global partnerships. Ms. McGregor has graced world stages at Global Citizen Festivals, Essence Music Festival, Master Class at Oprah Winfrey’s Leadership Academy for Girls, the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, and TEDx Dartmouth where Ms. McGregor was the opening speaker and introduced the ideation of reverse innovation to philanthropy. She most recently served as a moderator for New York Times best-selling author Tabitha Brown’s Feeding the Soul Tour, the keynote speaker for The University of St. Michaels College Orientation, as well as the moderator for a dynamic conversation with Amazon’s Black Employee Network. She has consulted with the United Nations, World Leaders, Heads of State, Corporations as well as numerous small businesses, educational institutions, political, community, faith and social justice leaders.

She remains at the forefront of humanity and is an advocate for the voiceless as she lifts the needs of people in bringing her unique balance of being known for her huge heart and her depth of creativity and bold innovations to create partnerships and programs that aid and assist people to move from where they are to where they equitably have a right to be.

Ms. McGregor has worked tirelessly to be an advocate to support those in need. Through her work with BeyGOOD, she has led efforts to eradicate homelessness, poverty, economic inequity, and supported women entrepreneur empowerment. Ms. McGregor led Hurricane Harvey relief efforts, scholarship programs, and successful water initiatives in both Flint, Michigan and Burundi, Africa. Additionally, she has structured and managed global partnership programs for world tours. While a consultant for General Electric (GE), she supported Global Programs targeting health disparities in Tanzania, Africa, Bangladesh, India and in the United States. Some of the health issues she has supported include Maternal and Infant care, Diabetes, Triple Negative Breast Cancer, Heart Disease and Alzheimer’s.

As the Director of Partnerships for a contracting agency with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Ms. McGregor trained hair stylists and barbers as community influencers in a celebrated national program that aided in significantly reducing incidents of HIV and AIDS in communities with the highest incidents. She has also served as an advisor and board member for multiple organizations and global projects, such as the National Council of Women, Chime for Change, Global Citizens, South African Fellowship, and GUCCI Changemakers Advisory Council. Most recently, Ms. McGregor has served as an integral supporter of the Texas HB403 Bill, which will require school board officials to be formally trained on the signs and prevention of human trafficking.

She is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards including the International Distinguished Humanitarian Leadership award presented at the United Nations, by the United States National Council of Women, the Activism in the Arts Triumph Award from the National Action Network, the Hidden Figure Award from Black Girls Vote, and the 2021 Heirs of Afrika Sankofa Award. She is happy to help shape a generation through education by paying it forward and sharing her experience with students at the historic Howard University.

Ms. McGregor is also a writer and columnist; her Greater Than weekly inspirational publication is available on Facebook’s Bulletin platform. As a kid, she watched her mom work with children with special needs throughout several schools in Southern California and developed a love for people with special needs.
